ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service representative, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Have at least one year of customer service experience
Must be currently working in customer service
Be no more than a 20 min drive to Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
- Licensing Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.

- Answer basic customer inquiries
- Assist customers with policy payments.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
